web publishing can resolve externally but not internally

My company ,as holding company,has got several companies and each with its
own web site. These websites seats on the isa server.
People outside the the organisation can view the web sites, but the
problem comes when somebody internally want to view the websites.
In fact the web sites can not be found if browsed internally
What could be the problem
