web publishing

I have been using ISA 2000 for web publishing for the last month for a
test site. The web site and publishing rule are using an alternate TCP
port, lets say 47050.
The site works well from the internet. I can enter www.site.com. All of
the links work as they should. The problem is with the site search
function. If you search the site you will get links to the search result
that includes the site port #.
www.site.com:47050/property/index.htm
Of course these links do not work..
Any insight or ideas would be appreciated.
