Thank you Jim,

but after patching Isa server I still have the pb, 
In my web publishing rule I choose Selected destination set (which is for
exemple http://10.6.152.98/toto/9052.htm) I have for request : 403
forbidden.
  If I choose "all destinations" it works.

I thaught the patche corrects my bug.
Does somenoe can help me?
