w3proxy service periodically crashes !

Hi, All !
ISA Server periodically crash with following error messages in
System Log:
EventID: 7031
The Microsoft Web Proxy service terminated unexpectedly.
It has done this 2 time(s).
The following corrective action will be taken in 0 milliseconds: No action.
and
Application Log:
EventID: 14079
Due to an unexpected error, the service w3proxy stopped responding to all
requests.
This occured 1 time(s) in the past 0:01 hours.
Try to stop the service or kill the corresponding process if it does not
respond,
and start it again. Check the Event Viewer for related error messages.
Restart service, reboot computer has no effect.
Reinstall ISA on fully another computer, but
this trouble is repeat again.
