vpn from behind other firewalls??

Hi everyone;
I have a client who has recently moved to a network with a firewall. he
has been connecting from home to our LAN easily, but now he is not able to
connect. I know how to connect from behind two ISAs but I don't know what
to do in this case when one of the firewalls is not an ISA server.
