useing Outlook behind ISA

Hello!!
Mayb this question is ask'd many time's on this mailing list ... but
here i go again ...
Senario:
I've installed ISA and Exchange on Same machine, after config. my
client pc i was able to browse, and i was able to send enternal mail's
but when i configure Outlook ... i recive this error ...
"Domain XYZ can not be contacted make sure u have type'd the right
name" it was sum thing lke tht ...
currently i hve mail accounts on my Service Provider's Mail server ...
pls can any one tell me where i have to make changes in order to get
mail's from sum other domain ...
