urgent Very Urgent Please

I am facing a major problem with my ISA and it is urgent it is stopping
alone ... i check the services they are all working
it gives me error and it respond isaserver..... but it can not open any page
what could be the problem i must restart my pc many time so it work again
please help me i am facing a major break down
I think it might be the advanced server is it possible ////??????
