Hi

 

I found the solution for these problems so I will share with you the
solution

Direct access to these web sites didn't solve the problem, what I found that
you need to change the MTU in the user machine that has this problem to less
than 1500,when I did that the problem was resolved the user can access any
accounting web site yahoo and hotmail inbox .

And other thing sometime windows update patch can cause this problem and
here is the fix from Microsoft web site

Could you please help me?

We have some problem in our network:

1-       WINDOWS UPDATE.....cannot do it automatically they need to do it
manually

2-       E-MAILS.....hotmail cannot even access account timeout error 404

3-       Yahoo cannot read or send mail times out error 404.

4-       ONLINE REGISTRATION.....namely eBay cannot register for an account
it times out with error 404 

5-       ONLINE REGISTRATION.....www.stgd.com...cannot register with their
website

 

Some users have these problem but the strange thing that others users don't
have any problem.

Could you please help me? What I should do? Where is the problem?

If I create Direct access to these web sites will resolve the problem? Why
the others users don't have these problem?

This problem appears only since few days ago, before they could access
anywhere.
