symantec page

Hi,
i have isa 2000 server, i can open all the pages
through isa and from all the workstation except the
symantec page , when i stop the isa 2000 services i
can access the symantec page.
I cleared the isa and the internet explorer cache and
i restart the isa server but the same pb can anyone
help me
