speed

Dear isalist;
i've got test for the speed with isa server and not via isa server to
download with the samefile 50kb.
the result with via isaserver is 6kbps and times 60000ms, but not via isa
server (through router directly) is 36kbps and times 10000ms. i used this
test with the same time and connection with 2 pc clients just only the way
with isaserver and the other with directly to router that connect to modem
dvb.
i just wonder, why is the differece have a big scale about those?
any suggest would be appreciated...
