scheduled liveupdate failed

Hi all,
We've been experiencing a problem with Liveupdate (for
Norton AV CE 7.5 for Small Business): when scheduled to
check for updates it cannot find the liveupdate-server
(eventlog: Download of virus definitions file from
Liveupdate server failed. 00000001), but when we manually
click on the liveupdate button, it connects to - and
downloads from the server...!
Has anyone seen this before, and what is the solution?
PS: it's installed on a W2K SBS (with ISA) server.
