rpc over http BLOCKED

Hi ! I'm fairly new to ISA so I wonder if one of you could help me with
this.
I'm running ISA Server 2000 on my SBS2003 Server. I've been trying to set
up rpc over http as this would be a really useful tool for my users.
However I get as far as entering my username and password then it just
hangs.
I checked my ISA Logs to find
