routing to upstream proxy

I have installed ISA Server as a content filter tool for our school system.
From our ISP, we get N2H2 filtering. The gateway and proxy are currently set
for the ISP's proxy.
I would like to place the ISA Server between the school's PC's and the proxy,
as a second layer of filtering (if it's possible). This way we can block sites
in addition to the sites N2H2 is blocking. Is this possible? How do I
configure???
