removing proxy setting !?

hi all

Does this scenario work ? what is best implementation ?
internet<-->(parent proxy server)<-->ISA<-->SecureNAT clients

for example:
internet(parent proxy server)-->satellite-->(receive via satellite)ISA
(send via dialup)---> SecureNAT clients
can DNS goes trought dialup?
