remote (RAS + VPN) users and internet access

Hi All,
As a newbie to this list, i would like to ask any help on the following
problem;
Users, who have the Microsoft Firewall Client installed, can access the
internet thru the ISA server when they are on the LAN, but when they
dial in via RAS or VPN and try to access the internet they receive the
following error;
403 Forbidden - The ISA Server denies the specified Uniform Resource
Locator (URL). (12202)
Internet Security and Acceleration Server
The users can access pages on the local IIS but no external sites.
