Hi Rajeev,

All browsers support the Web Proxy client config, so just configure them
as Web Proxy clients.

What do you mean by "bypassing" the firewall? What other method of exit
would the clients have?

Thanks!
Tom

Subject: [isalist] redirector for HTTPS from firewall to proxy

Hi,
While setting up ISA server, i could see a redirector filter for HTTP
request, so that all HTTP requests can be passed onto the proxy.
But i did not find anything similar for HTTPS. So these continue to be
serviced drectly by the firewall. Is there some option some where (or
some
filter) which could make all HTTPS requests to go to the proxy always.
(though i believe redirecting to proxy doesn't really speed it up as the
SLL pages may not be cacheable, But this means that the authentication
settings of the proxy are also by passed.)

I would appreciate if the gurus here could throw more light on it.
thx
rajeev
