Tom,

I dont have any? Should I make one?

From your article, http://www.isaserver.org/articles/snatdns.html

I configured a DNS server (put to ISA local ip address) on the SecureNAT
client's interface, the DNS server must be able to resolve Internet host
names.

Thanks
Ricky

Hi Ricky,

What access rule do you have in place to support the outbound ping?

Tom,

Now, my client able to get the public address from hotmail.com and
yahoo.com ....etc, but it didn't get the reply. I tried these address in my
isa server, I have the same result, so which is okay. Now, my isa server can
ping 198.107.190.40 and get the reply, but my client doesn't.

How can I make it to work, so that my client can ping 198.107.190.40?

Thanks
Ricky

Hi Ricky,

That's why NetMon didn't see anything. You need to configure the SecureNAT
client with a DNS server that can resolve Internet host names.

HTH,
Tom
