Tom, Now, my client able to get the public address from hotmail.com and yahoo.com ....etc, but it didn't get the reply. I tried these address in my isa server, I have the same result, so which is okay. Now, my isa server can ping 198.107.190.40 and get the reply, but my client doesn't. How can I make it to work, so that my client can ping 198.107.190.40?
