Why not

You should still be able to set it up as per an ordinary IE express
account. Just make sure you have your protocol rules in place for smtp
and pop 3

hello
Well i got a real big problem on my hands my clients want to use outlook
express to send and recieve mails.the problem is how to configure the
server's smtp......because they are not using free servers like hotmail
or yahoo.... but they are using ISPs account......
My problem is that i am using satellite from Singapore so i cant have
smtp from ISP i am using.
Can Anyone Help me. plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
