Now, to top it off, after going through the current version number with
that guy, and having him verify that I had the current version, and that
there were no newer versions.....

I get a message yesterday that there is a new SP for SurfControl...

Not sure if the fix we need is in there, here is the list of "other

That's strange, I asked several times if there was an update coming, and
got NO as an answer every time. He insisted it was not an important
issue.
