may be I did not make myself clear, dear sir, I know how to cofigure rules to
access SMTP and POP3 servers. the proplem is :

   I have the following rules:
      1- Action: Allow
             protocols: DNS,HTTP,HTTPS,MSN Messenger,POP3,SMTP
             From : Internal, Local Host
             To : External
             Users : All Users

I have published the mail server with the following rule
      2- Action : Allow
            Traffic : POP3 Server
            From : Anywhere
To : I have supplied the IP of my POP3 server
            Network: Internal, Local Host
and the same rule has been repeated for the SMTP server. the problem occurs
when I make a restricted group but with 'All Users' everything just go fine.

I appreciate your co-operation very much.

The problem is ISA server is one of those darn products you have to configure
after you install it! read the help on how to create access rules for pop and
smtp traffic and you will become a whiz overnight!...
