may be I did not make myself clear, dear sir, I know how to cofigure rules to access SMTP and POP3 servers. the proplem is : I have the following rules: 1- Action: Allow protocols: DNS,HTTP,HTTPS,MSN Messenger,POP3,SMTP From : Internal, Local Host To : External Users : All Users I have published the mail server with the following rule 2- Action : Allow Traffic : POP3 Server From : Anywhere To : I have supplied the IP of my POP3 server Network: Internal, Local Host and the same rule has been repeated for the SMTP server. the problem occurs when I make a restricted group but with 'All Users' everything just go fine.
