Hi Amaar,
You have to create Access rule to allow SMTP & POP3 protocols
from internal network to the external network for all users.
After configuring this rule, u'll be under way to EMAILING..... !!
You have to explicitly configure this rule even though you have created a
rule which allows unrestricted access to all protocols in ISA 2004.
