pop3 access doesnt work

I have some people in my network that use OE to send and
recieve emails, and connect to news groups. If my clients are setup as
SNAT they can
send and recieve no problems. When the client is setup as
firewall they cant. In my protcal
definitons i have pop2 pop3 pop3 server pop3s and pop3s
server all checked. I also have Exchange5.5 behind my ISA
server and this is working fine for both pop3 and smtp.
What could be the problem with the firewall client not
being able to send and receive pop3 email?
