There could be a number of problems, including the possibility that
they're not working. Check out the newsletter section over at
www.isaserver.org and the archives have an article I did on bandwidth
rules.

I right click the bandwidth rules where i found bandwidth control, i
enable bandwidth control, but still it is not showing in performance
monitor.what is the real problem and solution for that?
