Do you have any rules set up to let you in/out with that type of traffic?

Hi 
I have internet account for my company form ISP

I install MSisa2000 from microsoft to control access to internet in my
company.

As to internet everything is Ok,every client and workstation in company can
access to internet across my company isa.

as to email i can not send/resive  email from workstation to mailserver on
ISP throw my Company isa2000.
