on Symantec Web Security

good day to all. I want to install our Symantec Web Security software that
is bundled in our Norton Anti-virus. However, when I login in the
administration page, it gives an error: cannot find the file
http://localhost:8002/admin. Anyone, who has experienced in installing
symantec web security? Your response is highly appreciated. thanks in
