Hello,
If you are using outlook configured with hotmail, then you need
to have a protocol rule configured for the workstation or the user to
allow http and https traffic.

Sir i can recive mails through outlook
but just cant send it....i am using hotmail account i
am able to send and recive mails only if i configure
the internet explorer to use No proxies or
automatically detect settings
