my public n/w cannt access the isa server

I have configured the isa server with 2 nic cards,one with private and other
with public address.From the private network iam able to browse using the isa
server but from the public network i cant access the isa server.I want even my
public network to use the isa server for browsing..
Pls help me to solve this issue
