msn messenger

hi friends,
i installed and configured isa 2000 on my network and
configured it for firewalling and webcaching.
i can access the internet but cannot use the msn
messenger service.
the msn messenger works well without the isa server.
i have checked the configurations and nothing appears
to be wrong.
whats wrong?
