By default, ISA doesn't handle the mail, so it doesn't know "how many".  It
only know "what protocols".
You mail server knows.

Can ISA server count properly mail traffic (smtp and pop traffic)
MSProxy, for example,can count only hints for this protocol
And did Microsoft realized count traffic ?
