I checked the logging options and found it set to the first option,
MSDE, I don't know why it changed but I don't mind it if I know how to
open these log files?

Also how to return the logs of the IPEX where the intrustion detection
and other packet filter logs are?

One last thing please when I go to the logging tab I click start query
and all these traffic start appearing, does this affect performance?
Should I not do that? because I start query for the firewall and web
proxy and leave it all the time.

thnx
rubix

Hi TX,

You're using the ISA firewall's advanced logging feature?

Why did the log files suddenly became .ldf and .mdf format?
they were ok yesterday with .txt format I think
And the IPEX logfiles disappeared too.
