Hanan, We are having the same problem where MSN messenger File Transfer, Voice and Video will not work if clients are behind ISA Server 2000. So if we install firewall clients this will resolve the issue right? But does it still mean the clients behind the ISA Server 2000 cannot initiate the call? Or will it work as normal? Also some clients have there own personal firewall. Should they still keep this or remove the personal firewall? Please let me know ASAP.
