Tom,
I am using a Cable Modem connection (DHCP) - they may have had DHCP server
issues today - I see alot of DHCP errors in the Event Log on the ISA server.
Then again, my guess could be wrong.

OK, I thought you said the Internal IP address on the ISA firewall.
In that case, it looks like you're using a dial up connection.

I have recv'd this error message 53 times so
far today. What is causing this? I have stopped and restarted the service.
"ISA Server name: SPISA
Server publishing rule [FTP Server] that maps
(int ip addr):21 TCP to (ext ip addr):21 for protocol [FTP Server] was applied
successfully. This rule previously failed, but now completed successfully."
