isa works only 4 or 5 hours

isa servers only pinging to hosts inside my university, but dont pinging to
yahoo, hotmail, altavista and so.
isa dont pinging outside my network.
the browser in the machine with isa server dont navigate but if i uninstall isa
server i can navigate perfectly.
in this moment 5 hours ago i installed isa and the clients is accessing to
internet very well.
