At the Server are you able to ping an external IP address? If yes,
are you able to access the internet on the Server with a bowser?

maybe i dont configurated fully the isa, this is that i did:
1. installed windows 2000 server - server access to internet. 2. installed
the active directory - server access to internet. 3. installed win2000
service pack 2 - server access to internet. 4. initialiced isa server. 5.
installed isa server. 6. configured clients address sets. 7. created a
protocole rule for internet access.
thats all, the clients access to internet, but only for sometime.
the incoming web request: port 80
the outgoing web request: port 8080
i uninstalled isa and install isa at 9:00 am, in this moment 12:00 pm and isa
is working yet.
