isa server sattelite problem

hi Guys i have a sattelite internet connection from kemsat.com now after
instaling it`s software on the server machine an icon appears in my network
places the documentation from kemsat tels you to configure it`s ip address to
10.10.10.10
here is what i want
1- i want to share this sattelite connection using ISA server ( there fore i
`ve to use DHCP & DNS on server ) the question is how can i share this
connection using ISA server & what i`m i supose to put in the upstream server
.............
2- i can shre this sattelite connetion with out any software like ISA server
but the reason why i want that is because
a- protecting the internal LAN from external attack
b- blocking certain bad sites
c- monitoring my clients access
so help me how to do it
