i admin in the isa server myself, no one else....the protocol rules not changed. i just wonder sometimes was ok but sometimes was not. is there a virus in isa machine? because this morning i saw that "windows update" appeared. i've been update service pack 4 and run the patches from windows updater. You ISA may not be running, or the machine may have restarted after an error and ISA may not be running, or partially running. Can you ping the ISA machine IP ? If you can ping the box, then that means the machine at least is up. Check the ISA machine either by terminal services or at the console. Let us know what you find there !
