isa server 2004 proxy error 502

I installed ISA 2004 (with SP1) as firewall and web caching server.
When I am trying to browse to the Internet from ISA Server machine the
following error message appearing:
Error code:502 proxy error. The ISA server denied the specified uniform
resource locator (URL) (12202)
Would you please help me to solve the above problems?
