isa & hod & sp1 (as/400 problem)

hi all!
my isa was running very well but... after the sp1's installation my HOD
service don't work properly.
hod is pulished on my isa server. isa redirect telnet comunication from
internet client to as/400 server (from-to different port). now the
problem is: if a internet client lose the internet connection with his
isp, the session on as/400 stay up and the internet client can't
reconnect. before sp1, when an internet client losed his connection,
then as/400, after 3 min, dropped the session.
