intrusion detection not working after upgrading to array

Hi Guys,
Since I upgraded my isa server to an array, intrusion detection is no
longer working.
Any ideas why?
packet filtering is enabled
Intrusion detection is enabled
IP Routing is enabled
filtering of IP options and IP fragments is enabled
All attacks are selected
and off course
In applications filters DNS Intrusion and POP intrusion are enabled.
But for example port scans are not showing in the monitoring, alerts
section
Anybody?
