install of message screener

i am trying to install message screener on a dc separate from isa and
exchange (3 distinct test machines) folowing the book of tom
when i try to ceate a remote domain to support incoming messages if i open
internet services manager i dont see the default virtual server.
i never used before smtp services on a win2000 and i have no experience
where to expand this default
can anyone give me the path ?
