https port won't work

Our bus. mgr. needs to go the mbia.com website where she goes to client
connection which is secure with a port of 7443. I created a tunnel and
also an exception in her browser, but it still won't work. Their tech
seems to think that our ISA proxy is changing the 7443 to the standard 443
and won't let her enter. Any suggestions on how to allow her access to
this port.
