Point 1.

Don't try to connect from inside of the ISA to the external interface.

2.

Have you set the ssl listener to port 8443 and assigned the cert?

hi sir,
 no htpps is using. and hotmail(https) and google are working fine, but
not my DB server whcih is also on public ip seperated by ISa server
whcih is on another public ip. and when i go to that machine DB sever,
ther application  runs fine on https://localhost:8443 but it is not
working from my internal network as https://public ip:8443
