http with tcp port

hi all,
I installed ISA Server in Cache mode only. 
I need to view a URL against a particular TCP port.
I.E: http://xxxxxx:2100.

When I try it I receive a blank page.No mesage from ISA only a blanck
page.
Anyone can help me?
