how to share internet with two ethernet cards

Hello Everybody
i am handelling a 256kbps bandwidth line, i have a win2000 server pc, right now
i am sharing the bandwidht to around 100 pc's through ICS of win 2000 server,
now i want to use the ISA server, can neone pls help me step by step as how to
share the net , i have two ethernet cards
one is configured with ip that i get from the bandwidth provider, i have shared
that connection and as usual i got the ip 192.168.0.1 on the second ethernet
after sharing
i have changed it to 172.16.0.1 , as this is the gateway for all the 100 pc's
now how can i have the same settings in ISA server (enterprise edition) quick
help needed.
