how to configure isa and a seperate dc

Hey, I will rephrase this questions....
When installing 2 servers, a DC and an ISA server. Where should DNS go for
active directory? I planned on installing it on the ISA server before doing
the promo on the DC.
I have never used ISA outside of Small Business Server, so it's a new
adventure for me! Thanks list!!!!
