our Apache server runs on a port different from TCP 80; so, not sure
this is the problem, here ;

actually, the problem is more general, i.e. apart from Ping and Remote
Desktop access to the ISA machine (these 2 services are configurable
thru the ISA System Policy), users (such as the machine administrator)
are not able to access other TCP services available on the ISA machine,
even by creating access rules from Internal network to Local host for
these services ; would it be necessary to publish these local services
to get them accessible ?
