how to NAT requests to a specific network with ISA 2004

Hello all,

I need to make clients from a branch office access a network that doesn't have
routes to my branch offices, only to my HQ. So, I guessed that if I created a
network rule saying that if I want to NAT all requests coming from my Internal
net (in this net I have my HQ and my branch offices) to that specific location,
it would work. Negative, it didn't.

The branch offices are connected via leased lines here, and they are in
different subnets that of my HQ. the default gateway of their routers is a
router here, and the default gw of my router is the ISA Server.

With ISA 2000, I left their IP's out of the LAT and ISA could access those
networks normally, even from the branch offices.

I can create a route from that network that doesn't have routes to my branch
offices, but they want $800 just to create them, because their router
administration is in charge of their telco.

My questions:

1 - Is this scenario possible?

2 - Should my branch offices be in the Internal net on ISA 2004?

Thanks a bunch!
