Hi,
I am not to sure if you have already configured the clients with WINSOCK,
but if you havn't then I suggest you do this.
On the ISA SERVER LOOK IN for eg. C:\Program Files\Microsoft ISA
Server\Clients. From here run setup
I also suggest that you only allow protocol rules for both POP3 and SMTP
