help, First time user

It's a little project I'm trying to do. The server have to be designed
such way to include a DHCP service and ISA server to separate the class
room network from inside but the Administrators should be able to see and
Admin. them from the outside of that network.
I need help on
1- Installing and configuring a DHCP service on WIN2000 server.
2- Installing and configuring MS ISA server as described above; and also
Implementing and Troubleshooting as well.
If anyone worked with ISA server before, please e-mail me and tell me
where can I get some info. on this subject, and how do I go about doing
this project.
